Shipping & Returns
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may return your purchase within 14 days of the invoice date. The original packaging, wrapping and tags of the returned item must remain intact. As stated in Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, items without their packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return. The shipping waybill and warranty certificate must be sent together with the returned item. If the returned item is defective, shipping costs are covered by us. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. personalised products, items broken or deformed through use) may not be accepted for return.
If the item was invoiced under a company name, a return invoice must be issued for the item by the relevant company.

SHIPPING TERMS
Your items are sourced based on stock availability once your order is confirmed, and dispatched thereafter. For your order to be confirmed, payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
We ship to all countries outside Turkey via DHL Express. All international shipments are delivered to your door within 2–3 business days.
DOCUMENTS TO BE PRESENTED UPON DELIVERY
In accordance with the Procedures and Principles on Security Measures Concerning Postal Shipments, approved by decision no. 2016/DK-YED/517 of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority dated 27/12/2016, you must present your driver's licence, national ID card or passport when receiving your items from the courier or store personnel.
