As an additional service, same-day motorcycle courier delivery is available in Istanbul. This service is subject to an extra charge, and its availability will be displayed during the ordering process.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Simply submit your return request through our online support section, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. You'll receive a return tracking number once your request is processed.

Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition, with their original packaging, any accompanying gift, the invoice and all accessories. The item should be shipped to the indicated address via our contracted courier.

At Mist, our aim is for every piece to retain its form and quality for many years. That's why every Mist piece is covered by a free 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Our support continues even after the warranty period ends. So you can keep wearing your jewelry with confidence, we offer our lifetime repair service for a reasonable service fee.

Repair & Replacement

If an issue arises, where possible we will repair your piece and return it to you as close to its original condition as possible.

When a repair isn't possible and the piece is still within the 5-year warranty period, we offer a direct replacement or a gift voucher.

Re-Plating

Vermeil pieces may naturally show colour changes with wear and over time. In such cases, our re-plating service can restore your jewelry to its original appearance.

Resizing

Our rings can be resized by up to two sizes up or down from their original size.

Some designs may not be suitable for resizing due to their technical structure. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting our Customer Service before any work is carried out.
